Sol Asekun presents the Ryder Cup Trophy to The Co-Winners, Bruce Cohoon-Captain, The Blue Birds and Mike Rizzio-Captain, The Sandbaggers.
Commissioner Pace: The Ryder cup ended in a tie. The Sandbaggers were up 5 to 3 after the first day. The Blue Birds countered with a 5 to 3 win on the second day. Prior to the match the two captains agreed that in the event of tie the tie breaker would be the result of the two captains head to head competition. The two captains tied as well. After a short discussion the captains agreed that it would be declared a tie. The two captains will share the "Urn" for six months each. The winners were set to receive custom made bag tags designed by Jim. We decided not to pass out those bag tags, but instead we will have a bag tag made for each participant. The bag tags will be passed out when they are available from the printer.
